  I am thrilled to share my experience with Nye Technical Services. After a recent lightning storm wreaked havoc on our phone lines and IT system, we were in urgent need of a comprehensive upgrade. From start to finish, Nye Technical Services exceeded our expectations. Bud, the owner, went above and beyond by visiting our store on a Saturday to assess the damage. Not only did he provide us with a detailed quote the same day, but he and his team also began the work promptly on Monday. Bud and his team worked tirelessly to install new phone lines and completely overhaul our IT cabling and Wi-Fi system. The results have been outstanding. Our new setup is not only functional but also meticulously organized and efficient. Nye Technical Services demonstrated remarkable professionalism, promptness, and technical expertise throughout the entire process.   I used NTS for a project we had in Pitt, Pa. Great group of people. Bud was very communicative and the guys on site were great. Easy to work with, stayed late on a friday to make sure customer was taken care of. Sent pics of clean work. Fairly priced as well. Will defs use them again for any work in that area.

  I can't express my gratitude enough on the new phone system put in by NTS and all the personal help with the phones transition for me and the office staff. Also just a call away for questions and concerns . They had their work cut out for them on this job from all the old school stuff to new technology .   If you are looking for a GREAT company to help with your technical services and IT problems...look no further. They do it all and have the best customer service around. Bud and his father Vic took care of all our needs from phone system installation, network consulting to our security cameras. You won't find better customer service anywhere. I can recommend them enough for all your IT needs.
